Every drawing starts with a song, a lyric, or sometimes just a feeling I get from something I hear.
I've always been someone who pictures things in my head while listening to music. My artwork is my way of taking those images and putting them on paper.
I don't usually start with a finished idea. I let the music guide me, sketch what comes to mind, and see where it takes me. Sometimes the result is literal, sometimes it's strange, and sometimes it's nothing like what I originally pictured.
For me, that's the fun of it. I'm not trying to recreate the song itself. I'm simply trying to draw what I see when I hear it.
