After many, many years in pursuit of a more "sustainable" and "stable" career, Bex gave up the one thing she loved. She packed away the graphite, charcoal pencils, and sketch pads that had kept her company through her hardest times. They stayed there through hours of college and working two jobs until she got her degree. They stayed there for twelve years, moving to different homes and collecting dust along the way. Until July of 2024 when she watched a YouTube short of an amazing charcoal artist creating something so beautiful. A finger twitched and the hunt for those packed away items were found. After being inspired by a band a friend had told her about, she started to practice and realized she wanted to combine the two things she loved. The music she enjoyed; and transforming those words into the pictures the lyrics created in her head. Her first video on YouTube was then uploaded in November 2024, encouraged by family and friends to pursue her dream of being an Artist.
